This is how Funda empowers house hunters to take charge of their housing journey.

Every day, Zandbeek collaborates with funda to make this societal role even clearer. That’s why we developed a refined brand positioning. One that helps funda establish a rock-solid position in an ever-changing housing market. We helped shape a renewed mission statement and complemented it with a fresh brand narrative that will serve funda well into the future.

So far, we’ve successfully launched the new housing concept ‘Alles op een rijtje’ (Everything in order). This concept is based on the needs of Dutch house hunters and has generated extensive media attention from outlets such as De Telegraaf, NRC, and Het Financieele Dagblad. We also developed the editorial formula and content for the annual report and continually assist with the publication of quarterly and annual reports, as well as news about the regional mismatch in the housing market. These efforts have led to coverage on the front page of AD, among other publications. In this way, we help funda achieve a stronger societal position, guiding the Dutch population toward their next step in the housing market.
